I told everyone here back in December that Donald Trump was literally compelling people to leave Christianity.
Well, it looks like that’s not the only conservative group people are being turned off by just because of Donald Trump. In Canada, people are increasingly being turned off by the Canadian Conservative party because of Donald Trump. And the Liberals are gaining because of it.
Yes, that’s correct: Donald Trump is repelling people away from conservatism even outside our borders.

Since the newly-returned U.S. President has started attacking Canada – saying he wants to make us the 51st state, saying we offer nothing of value to America, saying he wants to use force against us, saying he wants to slap crippling tariffs on our goods (and still might) – Canadians have revealed a deep and visceral loathing of Trump. No American leader is as hated as Trump is now, among Canadians. And that, mostly, is why Poilievre and his party should stop assuming a huge victory is in the bag. It isn’t, now. Not by a long shot.
I also just learned that, because my father was born in Canada (in 1932, and moved to the US in 1950), I am automatically eligible for an easy Canadian citizenship. That’s damn tempting.
