TikTok Trump Talk [1]

Trump gave TikTok a 75-day reprieve on Jan.20th for TikTok to become a completely U.S. owned and operated company, or else it is banned from operating in the U.S. That reprieve is up on April 5th.
Normally, we would all be talking about the event and how we use TikTok, but every day, there is another Musk or Trump disaster to sidetrack our attention.
In the middle of his water god posts and tariff on, tariff off on Monday, he posted on Truth Social a mystifying two sentences.
Let's analyze them.
"GREAT INTEREST IN TIKTOK!"
Yes, we all know that TikTok is popular worldwide. Except in China. They don't use TikTok in China. They use Douyin, also owned by ByteDance, but with stricter content regulations.
What Trump did today was to create a sovereign wealth fund to be able to buy TikTok. This is great when you've got more money than you can spend, but the U.S. has been doing deficit spending for decades and is currently at a $36 trillion debt.
Trump did not have an answer to reporters about where the money would come from. All he said was, "We're going to create a lot of wealth for the fund."
He said that Microsoft was interested in buying TikTok, and he wanted to see a bidding war for the company. Other buyers have been mentioned, such as Elon Musk or Larry Ellison.
"We're going to stand this thing up in the next 12 months. We're going to monetize the asset side of the US balance sheet are the American people," said Treasury Secretary's Scott Bessent.
There is an Executive Order up at whitehouse.gov called, "A Plan For Establishing A United States Sovereign Wealth Fund." It's like his health care idea. He has "concepts of a plan." All there is in the order is that the Secretaries of the Treasury and Commerce have 90 days to come up with details.
"Would be wonderful for China, and all concerned."
He still must be thinking about the U.S. sovereign wealth fund, and buying TikTok with it. Or is he thinking about the China Investment Corporation, China's biggest sovereign fund? Or did he say China by mistake instead of ByteDance?
Trump is well known for making cryptic remarks, so he has us guessing with both sentences together.
It's like reading a fortune cookie and making heads or tails out if it.
