I write this because it has occurred to me that Musk having access to the Treasury computor systems has implications beyond our immediate finances. Payments to Medicare and Medicaid are part of that complex, so the codes for what is being paid for are also exposed. This means that our personal medical information is now available, to be used in any way, in violation of HIPAA restrictions (a felony in itself, I believe). Think about that for a minute.
Are you over 65 with high blood pressure and/or any other comorbidity? Maybe you aren’t worth paying for any more. What does that chemo agent run? Hmm. Low hanging fruit, savings-wise. You don’t really need that insulin, just give up candy — you’ll be fine. And if you aren’t, not such a big loss. We don’t need your drag on the economy. Besides, if you aren’t a strapping, healthy, young white christian critter, capable of siring or bearing more of your type, we don’t want you anyway. That’s just practical eugenics. Everyone getting the drift here?
I don’t know how to get a class action suit started, but I think it might be worth looking into. I understand Musk has what are called deep pockets!
