Creating Chaos, Method and Madness [1]

The Homeland is experiencing our own Blitzkrieg moment. So far it is nonviolent. That will not last.
The current national administration along with some state level administrations are spoiling for violence. When it happens, as it will, Citizens will be placed under martial law. The extent of that remains unknown so far but it is essentially inevitable at this point.
How can this happen? There are plenty of examples to draw from in what The Homeland has done in other nations. Our CIA has plenty of experience planning and executing national takeovers. Somehow we never manage to install democracy though. Citizens have been funding similar actions even back when our nation was known as the USA. Just history. Read up on it before it is disappeared. When or if Citizens delve into the mechanics of our Blitzkrieg moment it will be apparent none of this is new. Far from it.
At Trump's inaugural address the three oligarchs seated directly behind him on the dais were noted to control more wealth than half of the national population. That was just three men. They are certainly not alone. If anyone believes they and those like them will allow democracy to interfere with their plans, well, that doesn't rise to the level of stupid.
Institutional Ds are for the most part missing from the scene. As usual. No need to ask why. The D gerontocracy sold out a long time ago.
The blizzard of executive orders is intended to create chaos. Part of that chaos is to test the limits, if any, of power being transferred to a "unitary executive” or whatever the new description will be There are so far no effective structural impediments. A few roadblocks but easily overcome. Soon everything being done will be decreed technically legal or simply ignored
Citizens remain cowed by the fact what has long been promised is actually happening. Our oligarchs, christofascists they fund, politicians they own along with other self identified elites believe they have won.
They may be correct.
Those social institutions that have not already been corrupted are being dismantled right now. Citizens stand and watch as our entire social contract is being rewritten without our consultation or consent. We may still have familiar pageants and forms but they will be without content. Elections will be held but outcomes will be predetermined. We are close to that now. Isn't that the entire purpose of voter suppression? The “ Constitution free” hundred mile zone from the borders will be extended to the entire nation in the name of the unending War On Terror. And of course, the definitions of what constitutes a terrorist act or conspiracy have already been “adjusted” in anticipation.
Citizens can see all this and more happening right now. What to do?
The point of the chaos is to overwhelm remaining, albeit weakened, institutional safe guards while creating division and fear. Behind the chaos are planned impositions of programs deeply unpopular among the majority of Citizens. We must widen our gaze.
If Citizens remain tentative and thus divided the fascists will continue unchecked.
When Citizens find our voice and declare “ NO” the fascists will retreat. At least for a while. It really is that simple.
But it will not be easy and it will not be quick. We will, as a nation, have to reconsider basic assumptions which allowed or promoted our current problems. In order to change the perils we face we will have to change ourselves. Much of what Citizens have been and continue to be conditioned to accept are in reality lies. They always have been, we just chose to pretend otherwise
Despite what it may seem like today, we are not in uncharted territory. Our conflict right now is as old as notions of wealth. Today those definitions no long serve us locally or globally. They are in fact killing us.
The time remaining to make a choice is already quite limited and becomes more so every hour
What will it be Citizens?
