Idea proposed over Jan. 6 was prescient, and can still be created! [1]

Recently, one or more commenters suggested a running diary be constructed documenting the growing list of Jan. 6 rioters who keep running afoul of the law. I loved the idea the moment I read it here because, I suspected, the blogger would be keeping busy updating us about these losers. So what did I see today reported elsewhere? Well, a 25 year old woman named Emily Hernandez, who participated in the Capitol riot and was sentenced to 30 days in jail for her role in it, was among those pardoned by Trump. Well, if you thought she would have learned to behave herself and appreciate the wonderful stroke of luck she received by a pardon….. um, guess again. You see, exactly one year minus a day after the riot, Ms. Hernandez drove drunk down a Missouri interstate, crashed head on into another vehicle, and killed the woman’s occupant and seriously injuring the woman’s husband. Her sentencing for this horrible incident came down today: 10 years for the death and 7 years for the injuries caused by her actions (to be served concurrently, so the total sentence in state prison is ten years).
I know, what is there to add except that she is the fourth (4th!) person who entered the capitol that fateful day who is facing the music for an unrelated crime committed AFTER Jan. 6, 2021.
So the opening is still available for whoever wants it. I doubt we’ve seen the last of these, don’t you agree?
