You’re hopefully already aware of the brilliantly multi-talented British Marsh Family. If not, you’re in for a real treat. I just came across their latest musical offering, & thought I would share it with you.
Here's "Hitler Was(n't) Socialist" - an adaptation of Prokofiev's "Dance of the Knights" by The Marsh Family which just went up an hour ago. This masterpiece is perhaps in response to the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Auschwitz, as well as to some recent neo-Nazi antics of Elon Musk.
Being Brits, they have a musical bone to pick with Elon Musk. Here's "Turd on a Wire" - a Marsh Family parody of Cohen's "Bird on the Wire" about Elon Musk's UK Tweeting.
Let’s round this off with a cautionary offering by the Marsh Family, shortly before our presidential election. Here’s "Bohemian Trumpsody" - the Marsh Family adaptation of "Bohemian Rhapsody" by Queen about Donald J. Trump. They have DJT’s autocratic tendencies well-pegged, & the visuals resonate off the recent pardoning of those in DJT’s Beerhall Putsch.
