Then, on the rest of the menu, MAGA freshman members of Congress are inaugurating a hiring trend, staffing up with fake electors from 2020; a Portland, Oregon pastor has joined scores of national faith leaders in offering sanctuary amid Trump’s deportation blitzkrieg; and, after nationwide outrage, the Air Force will resume training recruits with material about the Tuskegee Airmen that Trump told Hegseth he wanted banned, because they were Black DEI hires.
After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where Sweden seized a Russian-linked cargo ship in the Baltic Sea after it damaged an underwater fiber optic cable connecting Latvia and the Swedish island of Gotland earlier Sunday; and, fire engulfed the town hall of Paris’ 12th arrondissement earlier this morning, leaving the bell tower at risk of collapse.
