I’ve seen a lot of repetitions of the same basic story: That ICE tried to deport a plane load of immigrants to Mexico and Mexico turned it back.

What I haven’t seen is any news source even asking the obvious question: WHO were those unfortunates?

While I can’t answer that myself, logic tells me that they were either not Mexican, or a mixture. Because:

1. President Sheinbaum has made it clear that Mexicans will be welcomed and non Mexicans not permitted. and

2. Refusing to accept a plane full of Mexican deportees would have been political suicide and she’s a very intelligent person.

Draw your own conclusions.
