Wednesday Woozles: Midweek Follies [1]

Good day, Peeps. Brr, is it cold up here as I’m writing this. But first off, let’s get this out of the way:

Pooties are cats; Woozles are dogs. Birds... are birds! Peeps are people.
Whatever happens in the outer blog STAYS in the outer blog. If you’re having “issues” with another Kossack, keep it “out there.” This is a place to relax and play; please treat it accordingly.
There are some pics we never post: snakes, creepy crawlies, any and all photos that depict or encourage human cruelty toward animals. These are considered “out of bounds” and will not be tolerated. If we alert you to it, please remember that we do have phobic peeps who react strongly to them. If you keep posting banned pics...well then...the Tigress will have to take matters in hand. Or, paw.
It’s only four degrees outside right now. That’s a damn sight better than the nineteen below we had at dawn Tuesday morning. I have to admit, I was downright chilled when I went out to feed and water the birds then in my bathrobe. I was delighted to find that even at that frigid temp my birdbath wasn’t frozen over thanks to my birdbath heater. All I had to do was top it off. The birds seem to appreciate their available drinking water especially since we don’t have any snow on the ground. I even noticed some deer tracks beside it a while back when we had a touch of snow. I guess the deer also like a fresh, warm-ish drink.
It also looks like my pootie Hector’s favorite type of canned food is going to be here today. That was fast. He prefers the larger cans of pate. Now I won’t have to worry about him starving any time soon. It’s really a pain having to depend on prescription foods. The makers run out of them so often.
Enough with my situation. On with what you came here for.
