I humbly submit, for your consideration, a list of lovingly collected monikers that we (in the DK community) might use when referring to him. I haven’t seen the first one anywhere else (because I just thought of it) but the rest have been gleaned from articles/blogs over the years and I give due credit to whoever coined them (I’ve seen many on Shower Cap’s blog, but I don’t know if he created them).
