Let's Stop Pretending That Trump Is Worse Than ANY OTHER REPUBLICAN [1]

I have a peeve.
A lot of our reaction to the election has centered around the indicted and convicted felon becoming President. There are all kinds of reasons why that is bad for our country moving forward.
But let’s discuss:
1. The entire Republican party has bent over to enable and endorse Trump and his actions.
2. Almost the entire Republican party are now people endorsing Trump’s ideas/philosophies/
3. This is because THIS IS WHO THEY ALWAYS WERE. We always used to hear “oh, Mitt Romney at least...” Mitt Romney may have more dignity than Trump (not hard), but fully endorsed the 2017 tax cuts, and would be just as eager to implement DOGE.
4. Would a Nikki Haley Admin have been much different? Sure, she’d probably have DeSantis as Sec of Def, but many of these nominees would be the same.
The Republican party are enemies of the way of life Americans have had since FDR. Period.
A Nikki Haley or some other supposedly “reasonable” Republican would only give cover to their vulgar assault on everyday Americans. At least Trump’s perversion makes it clear what they support.
