Test the Power Joe! [1]

There is little debate that the Supreme Court fucked up with its ruling to expand presidential powers. The court’s 6-3 Federalist Society majority freed presidents to use their official powers to engage in criminal acts substantially free of accountability.
Many people are fearful with what Trump will do with that power. What norms and limits will be broken, who will be bought, what corruption will be wrought. The SC ruling hands the office of the President a new “Trump card” better than any “get out of jail free” card. We know given this power Trump will further test the limits.
What Biden has to do before he vacates the office, is to commit some sort of egregious act. Create an unacceptable conflict to test that power with the intent of abdication in the Supreme Court.
What action could Biden take to do this?
“steal” documents?
Unjustly firing deep state critters?
Shooting a dude on 5th Avenue
Commanding some “illegal” military action
Publicly take bribes
The intent would be to create series of events that would rally right wingers against unchecked presidential power. The whole investigation and trial would unfold in dramatic fashion drawing oxygen from a trump administration, while acting as an ongoing warning of that the guardrails on a presidency is undefined. The whole Biden legacy would shift from one-term bologna in a trump sandwich, to a legacy of a man who continues to battle and be a foil to trump before during and after his term, as well as battle against the expansion of presidental powers.
