Investigating Act Blue [1]

This will be a short diary. About 10 minutes ago, my doorbell rang. A man in a fedora and a handlebar mustache claimed he was a private investigator investigating a money laundering operation and wanted to ask me a couple of questions. Come to think of it, I never asked what investigative firm he was working for. He assured me I did nothing wrong. I pressed him on what organization was being investigated. He told me “Act Blue.” I impolitely told him to leave. I have seen comments in Twitter and other right-wing sites saying this should happen. I would like to know who’s paying for it. At least Act Blue never pre-checked a box to “make this monthly.”
