[ Draft/RFI — Some of these statistics have yet to be announced. I started writing this on January 2, but it takes time for end-of-year numbers to be published. Meanwhile, I’m using the most recent quarterly statistics, and will update with year-end statistics as they become available.

Also, I’ve had some difficulty finding timely or adequate statistics for some categories, including some I would have liked to include. I would appreciate any suggestions for alternate sources, or for additional information.
