Exasperated with the Insanity of the Left - Smith Report Edition [1]

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results
- Either Albert Einsten or an anonymous Al-Anon pamphleteer.
Just as prior to the election, every story about Felonious' criminal conduct attracts swarms of Garland/Biden bashers post election. It's breathtakingly self-defeating and pretty much baseless, but reasonable discussion still gets buried and vindication lost, trampled by the same herd of walkers drawn to the sound, Jack Smith.
I say this often. It never ceases to amaze me how some reflexively attack Democrats whenever the topic is one of the myriad of cases of atrocious conduct by someone on the right. Then they wonder why the right never a pay a price on election day.
In the Smith matter, it's like dealing with MAGA the way some are wed to alternate reality. No matter how many times you point out the facts debunking accusations of material Garland mal, mis or nonfeasance, the same zombie arguments return. Even if you accept the premise that Garland could and should have done more, pulled a rabbit out of his hat or something, the grousing still runs head long into a brickwall.
NEWS FLASH: Regardless of what Garland did or did not do, this corrupt SCOTUS was not going to permit a state Court to sentence Felonious nor a Federal Court to try him prior to the election. Full. Stop.
It's as if these people missed the whole Presidential immunity decision thing. SCOTUS took it up like it was an urgent matter bringing the case to a screeching halt, then sat on it for over a year. When they finally got off their duffs to issue their decision, they cobbled together the Rube Goldberg device of immunity doctrines for the prosecution to navigate guaranteeing endless interlocutory appeals the Court could use to halt proceedings and sit on as needed until after election day.
Now contrast that with the 14th Amendment disqualification decision. If you blinked you missed it. As some long dead playwright once put it...

I'm not one known to quote Shakespeare. My Cousin Vinny, Sweet Smell of Success, and Casablanca are more my speed. I can also recite Talking Heads and Mother's of Invention lyrics off the top of my head.
At any rate, it's gotten to the point where it's not worth looking at the discussions. Is it too much to ask folks who hate Garland to post blogs excoriating him instead of inundating every discussion of the Smith Report with the Garland bashing?
