Federal disaster relief protocols: A normal president vs. Donald Trump [1]

I can imagine Trump voters seeing this photo-cartoon and saying: “Serves them blue state libs right! Let ’em burn!”
Of course, none of the 50 states are completely red or completely blue. There are significant numbers of Trump voters who live in every “blue” state. If you’re a Trump fan living in a blue state, when a disaster hits, you will be shit out of luck. Trump will do nothing in order to spite your state; and so Trump voters, Harris voters and non-voters will all suffer and die together.
Republicans generally consider FEMA to be socialism anyway; except when Republicans need them.
I made a similar point about Trump’s partisan disaster relief policies in an earlier diary, but I thought of a different way to get my point across. My previous diary on this topic used this image:
Please feel free to email or re-post this diary or its title image anywhere you like. I realize that it’s too late to try to persuade Trump voters to reconsider, but perhaps we can help them see that they will suffer bigly consequences from their choice along with the Harris voters.
