Las Vegas Bomber Tatoo Meaning? [1]

Among the data that’s been released following the Las Vegas Trump/Cybertruck bombing on New Year’s Day was a picture of the suspect’s tattoos.

I noticed the above design among the tattoos. I used Photoshop to cut it out and enhance the design digitally. It seems somewhat familiar, but I can’t place it. It seems like it could be Celtic.

Google Image search did not turn up anything either.

So, does anyone have an idea what this symbol means?

The meaning could give a perspective on the motive of the bomber.
