Judge Merchan and the whole justice system just got under Trump's skin in the longest rant ever [1]

Once again, Trump is saying that he's a better lawyer than all the judges he's faced. Legal Scholars all agree with him. He has no peer because he's already gone through 4000 lawsuits in his life.

As you would expect, he starts calling it a hoax. What happened to witch hunt? He reserved that for later.

I forgot how much he hated deranged Jack Smith. Trump ought to be careful about criticizing the Hague. The International Criminal Court could easily issue an arrest warrant during his second administration, and they should have done one for him during his first for crimes against humanity.

And here we go. Of course, Merchan has to be corrupt. That's his first claim on anybody who crosses him. The judge is the one who's breaking the law while Trump forgets the 34 felony convictions. If lawfare worked, then Trump would be in prison.

But that wasn't enough. He had to extend his claim of superior knowledge of the law in a second missive.

Right, Donald, dead legal scholars are right beside you in your hour of need. Citing just one with a specific quote would have been enough. Since when did pundits know anything about the law?

In this second rant, he finally claims witch hunt. He really should shut up about Judge Merchan. The judge could actually change his mind and decide to give him a sentence of jail time and then suspend it. That would be stuck on his record forever, even as president. Trump trying to appeal it, would be fun to watch.

At least he capitalized Constitution, but end of the presidency as we know it, it's not.

I forgot about the gag order. Trump still can't talk about witnesses, the jury, or court staff. Go ahead and violate it Donald. Give Judge Merchan another reason to give you a real sentence. Each charge was worth four years in jail. Give Trump 136 years in jail, suspended. What about those contempt of court citations? He could add jail time to those as well as the fines he already levied.

Then I got to the end and burst out laughing.

First, the gag order doesn't allow him to dis on the judge's daughter, whose crime is that she worked on the Biden Harris campaign and lots of other Democrat campaigns. Trump still has this idea rolling around in his head like a marble, that this disqualifies Judge Merchan. Merchan's crime is that he donated chump change to a couple of campaigns.

The victim arises. His First Amendment rights have been violated. He's the only political opponent in history ever to have this done to him.

Somehow Trump keeps forgetting that he's a convicted sexual abuser, a defamer, a convicted 34 count felon, and other crimes would have been adjudicated except for the judicial system's slowness and bias in his favor. The ones he got away with are treason, insurrectionist, seditionist, national security risk, espionage offender, obstruction of justice, witness tampering, lying to the FBI, lying to the Justice Department, destruction of evidence, lying under oath as in perjury, manslaughter for the people that died on January 6th and thereafter, inciting destruction of property at the Capitol, stealing from the American people, emoluments clause offender like the world has never seen, crimes against humanity for the 100,000 people that died from Covid because of his stupidity and cover up, nominating judges who have always ruled in his favor including Aileen Cannon and the Supreme Court Justices, abuse of power during his first time in office, holding Ukraine hostage for a quid pro quo transaction, and breaking all Ten Commandments.

I thought I was done with the rants from yesterday, but no, Trump was so rattled today at 4:29am that he did another, and still another at 5:03am.

Donald starts it by saying he never falsified business records. Then why did you sign checks, and they were lawyer's fees when you knew they weren't?

"ME!" At least he didn't go third person and say, "Trump." The gag order is so unfair because he isn't allowed to lie. The accountant was just a grunt trying to make sense of illegal paperwork. Michael Cohen gave the real story.

Again, all legal scholars all say Trump is right. Donald, judges don't get disbarred in 99.99% of cases of conflict of interest, they get impeached, just like you were.

Everyone is fleeing New York. Especially businesses. I don't hear about NASDAQ, the New York Stock Exchange, or DOW Jones moving to some other location.

He still can't get it through his head that the $18 million evaluation for Mar-a-Lago was by a County Tax Assessor, not Judge Merchan, not by the prosecutors.

Celebrity photo lines from 30 years ago do count when you were doing a deposition, and you mistake her for your ex-wife Marla Maples.

He can't even get the money he owes E. Jean Carroll correct. $88.3 million suddenly becomes a hundred million.

Third person, "Trump" hating judge. He is so far gone that he can't even remember that Jack Smith wasn't part of this case at all.

It only took him a little over 30 minutes to come up with the rant at 5:03 a.m.

He still can't get it right. He calls himself president, when he was an ex-president, and he's only president-elect now.

Me, me, me again. Judges hate MAGA so they're corrupt. His favorite adjective of all time. "World is watching" is correct. Allies and foes alike are watching you make a fool of yourself.

Not to be forgotten, he takes a swipe at Joe Biden as the ultimate source of his misery.

Finally he gets Jack Smith in the right context. Except Smith's appointment as special prosecutor was validated by precedent going back 150 years.

Only if court cases he can't wish away go in his favor, is justice served.

Stop playing the victim, Donald. You're a criminal, a professional criminal. A mob boss. Dictators all eventually get overthrown. Some get hanged like Mussolini and Saddam Hussein. Some live in exile for the rest of their lives. I'm sure that there's a special place in hell reserved for you. You're on a track to get there, faster every day.
