I don’t have much time but wanted to share a prime example of cognitive dissonance emanating from the spoiled billionaire / criminal. Cognitive Dissonance is defined as the psychological discomfort that occurs when someone holds conflicting beliefs, values, or attitudes.
I can’t say that this jackass has ever felt discomfort from anything he has ever said, but even with all the money in the world, losing a few bucks still hurts. Losing prestige may hurt more, which is probably why he is making the changes detailed in this report.
Following the dramatic migration from Twitter to Bluesky, there may finally be signs that Musk realizes he has screwed the pooch.
Says Leon: “Algorithm tweak coming soon to promote more informational/entertaining content. We will publish the changes to @XEng,” Musk posted to his account, referring to the site's engineering account. “Our goal is to maximize unregretted user-seconds. Too much negativity is being pushed that technically grows user time, but not unregretted user time.”
