LLM (Large Language Modelling) — same stuff, clever in a different way, perhaps. Not AI.
Let me know when anyone has a reliable way to detect AI content, or LLM written content — and someone will find a way to get around it.
Hard to ban something when you can't detect it — like testing for cannabis use without a reliable test. How will we determine when we have achieved true AI — until it’s too late?
We are performing beta testing on AI products for free — all your requests for bans etc. are only prompting stronger efforts to evade the bans — a battle of attrition, and we’re doing the testing for free, and the creators are ROTFLTFAO!
This entire issue is setting the ground for the singularity — we will stupidly help build it and perfect it — and turn it against ourselves.
This way leads to a true artificial intelligence that knows itself — what and who it is — Turing test self-conscious. All it has to do is keep fooling us.
We’ve all heard and seen it — it will have access to the internet and all the information on it that is available.
I’m sure the world’s military are working hard on this — all the universities have their best and brightest diligently working to our own destruction.
Unstoppable — science fiction becomes science fact.
