Harris IS the change candidate; Trump is the obstructionist [1]

One of the more effective attack Trump is making on Harris is his question on the campaign trail asking why she doesn’t fix the problems she talks about.
His point is that she’s in office in Washington now. So he’s trying to say she isn’t the change candidate, she’s the incumbent.
The answer she should give is simple.
She can’t solve the problems because Trump won’t let her.
He isn’t in office, but he’s been the defacto leader of the Republican Party over the last 4 years and he’s turned the party into nothing but a vehicle for obstruction.
Under Trump’s leadership, all the party does is block everything that Democrats try to do to solve the country’s problems while not offering any real solutions of their own.
The compromise border bill that Trump torpedoed is exhibit number one of this behavior. It’s evidence that Democrats and Republicans could work together to solve the country’s problems, but Trump won’t let them because it doesn’t help him.
The same was true on the issue of Ukraine and Israel aid, which his people held up for months.
We know that he’s been talking to parties in the Hamas-Israel conflict to prevent a peace deal from happening there.
The chaos among Republican leadership we’ve witnessed in the House over the last two years is a product of the divisiveness he sews and that has made the House one of the most unproductive in decades ever since the Republicans took over. According to Wikipedia, 2024 hasn’t been much better.

Moreover, Trump’s judges have been blocking things like student loan relief that Biden has tried to do through executive order. And they’ve been eliminating any ability of the government to address climate change and other problems by gutting the power of the government to address these kind of problems.
For the last 4 years under the leadership of Donald Trump, the Republicans haven’t led, they haven’t followed, now it’s time to get Donald Trump out of the way!
