I used to think it was just me, but a lot of us go through it. The post-holidays malaise. Year-end ennui. The dreaded December slump. We start wondering where the whole past year has gone. What it was all for. What, if anything, we’ve accomplished…
Turns out the pooties (and even woozles) sometimes go through it, too.
I hear ya, sister.
Everything just seems old. We’ve done it already. It’s all just too boring for words...
Yup. End of year ennui.
We try to entertain ourselves…
But even food doesn’t seem appealing.
We question our very existence:

It feels like the year is NEVER going to end...
When suddenly — at last — could it be???? It could! It is!!!! It’s a whole new year, with new things to do! New mischiefs to make! New goggies to torment! (Goggies add, “New tricks to learn!”)
So from the pooties and woozles and birdies, take this message: Have hope! 2024 is coming!!!
