Early war depictions on a cave wall.

It may come as a surprise to many that Hamas has something in common with both Israel and the United States, which are elements of primitive authoritarian and patriarchal behaviors that can also take root in the state apparatus.

Truth is Sometimes Stranger Than Fiction

In the case of Hamas, there is currently no state. But they have been, like the devil himself, allowed to rule in hell. In the form of Gaza, the world’s largest outdoor prison courtesy of Israel that they have been exiled to.

Made possible cynically with the financial help of elements in the Israeli government itself and money from Iran that were motivated, some say, to keep the PLO from agreeing to a two-state solution between the Israelis and the Palestinians. In what amounts to a treasonous act. Israel’s present leadership has done more damage to the future of Israel than Hamas could ever accomplish.

Creeping fascism seems to have taken hold already in the state apparatus in Israel. And is knocking at the front door in the U.S., depending on the outcome of the 2024 elections and barring another more successful coup attempt.

The Building Blocks of Fascism

Patriarchy and authoritarianism are destructive twin elements that have been with us since the dawn of civilization and form the building blocks upon which fascism rests today. Ones that were chosen when it was discovered that the harsh work necessary to power developing new technologies like agriculture, housing shelters and war weaponry could be evaded by forcing others to do it. Making progress dependent on the force of arms. The Plague of War took on an essential part in the human development of empire driven nations.

Israel’s Policy Towards the Palestinians is Genocidal

War itself is a form terrorism, whether you wear a uniform or not. And genocide is genocide, and is being openly called for in Israel regardless of the semantical evasions. When leaders like Netanjahu and his cohorts start openly talking of Genocide in a coordinated way, I take them at their word.

Netanjahu Current Israeli leaders and their accomplices are desperate. They fear their day of retribution is coming for what they did to cause the recent terror attacks by Hamas. They are gambling that pilling up enough bodies of Palestinians will take attention away from their failures. Even if it amounts to genocide. Don’t let them B.S. you that it’s anything else.

Fear Makes Genocide Possible

The Faces of Genocide. How many children will die today in Gaza?

Such tactics have worked in the past. Generating fear of those labeled the enemy is a tried-and-true strategy, regardless of the human price. WWII was a horrendous event in human history which involved the firebombing of large cities, the use of nuclear weapons and countless atrocities, fortunately not won by the Nazis.

War is not a way of life as the world’s empire bullies tell themselves, it will be the manner of Death one day for the human race. We will not survive another war like WWII. And only a fool doesn’t read the message in today’s tea leaves.

But Hamas is not Nazi Germany, nor is Gaza. As much as Israeli madmen try to make it seem. Hamas, yes even Hamas, is both victim and perpetrator at the same time. An angry and blind resistance group under the same authoritarian belief system as the IDF and other fascistic leaders of Israel. But they are not the only ones that are blind. Some in Washington and Tel Aviv are equally blind.

Hamas and Israel have both demonstrated the disastrous consequences of their leadership. They are only capable of killing each other, but are by no means equal militarily, with Israel armed on a level approaching our own military. Treating the occupied territories like a master treats a slave, only worse.

U.S. aid to Israel since 1949. Over 120 billion dollars conservatively.

The U.S. Shares Blame

The U.S. owns a great deal of responsibility for this conflagration and current genocidal campaign being sponsored by a collection of IDF and fascist Israeli leadership. A rough, conservative estimate of aid to Israel since 1949 is at least 120 billion dollars, much of it military used to apply Orwellian-level control and occupation over Palestinian territories. The people of Gaza were treated in a fascistic manner by Israel long before Hamas’ own brutal October 7th attacks.

Much of it made possible by U.S. support. As an indication of how just bad things have gotten in Gaza, staff members led a vigil outside the White House a few days ago. Asking that the U.S. support a permanent cease fire in Gaza.

Biden must be saved from himself and his fears of looking weak if he does anything substantive to stop a government in Israel that has gone mad. He looks equally weak by not doing anything.

You cannot oppose fascism in America

while you support it in Israel

Think about it . . .
