Then, on the rest of the menu, an Oregon court delivered a blow to Oregon’s signature Climate Protection Program, ruling in favor of industry and the utilities; the Supreme Court will hear a challenge to the EPA rule limiting downwind power plant pollution in ten states; and the chair of the MAGA Shasta County Board of Supervisors told a San Francisco reporter to 'drop dead' in an email from his county account, that email did not turn up in public records requests.
After the break, we move to the Chef’s Table where Poland’s new Cabinet has moved to free state media from the conservative party that consolidated its grip on it during eight years in power; and, a pro-peace Russian presidential hopeful has submitted her documents to register as a candidate.
