Stop Saying The Voters Should Decide Donald's Fate Because We Already Did [1]

A short rant. The State of Colorado has declared Donald an insurrectionist and barred him from their state ballots. This is a good thing. So now people on Donald’s side are trying to politicize the decision and accuse it of being a plot to deny the American people the opportunity to decide if he should be president or not.
Well, the American people already did. In 2020 the American People voted Joe Biden as President. Now normally that would not be a problem for Donald because he could run again. But Donald did something wrong. Instead of respecting the decision of the voters Donald organized and participated in an insurrection designed to delay the certification of the Electoral College and somehow throw the election back to the states so his co-conspirators there could change the results in their states from Biden to him. That is a criminal act which bars him from ever holding office again according to the 14th Amendment.
So, because he committed a crime it’s up to the Justice system to deal with him, not us voters. We already said we don’t want him as President. And because he committed a crime against our constitution he’s not our problem anymore, his fate should be with the DoJ and the State Secretaries of States.
