15 Week Nationwide Abortion Ban? OK. Here's My Counter Offer. [1]

To anyone who thinks a nationwide 15 week abortion ban is a good idea, well at least you’re willing to compromise. Here’s my counter offer.
It’s non-negotiable. I can sign off on 15 weeks IF AND ONLY IF:
- During the 15 weeks, which covers the vast majority of elective abortions, who would have the procedure as soon as they know they are pregnant, including rape and incest victims, anyone can get the procedure done for any reason, on demand, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. This includes minors who do not require parental consent.
After the 15 weeks, exceptions are carved out for rape and incest victims who did not for whatever extenuating circumstances get the procedure done in the first trimester. They do not require a police report, a psychologist’s recommendation, doctor’s exam or any other documentation to prove her pregnancy was the result of rape. This includes minors, who do not need parental consent ever, to end a pregnancy.
An exception is carved out to save the life, health and welfare of the mother. Her doctor AND NO ONE ELSE may make the recommendation as to when her life, health or welfare is in sufficient danger to warrant an abortion. This may not be overridden by lawyers, district attorneys, theocrats, politicians, government officials, judges, the police or anyone else who is not an OBGYN. The doctors and hospitals have free reign to do their jobs and treat their patients to determine when it is appropriate to terminate a pregnancy for medical reasons without interference, threat or retaliation from the state or federal government. On medical decisions, their decisions, in the best interests of their patient is final.
The government, judges, Supreme Count or anyone who is not a medical entity may not override the FDA’s decision on any drug deemed to be safe for public use. If approved by the FDA a drug may not be banned at the state or federal level, and no bans on it’s distribution. This includes but is not limited to abortion medication and birth control.
Birth control is affordable and readily available. This includes but not limited to the Pill, Condoms, IUDs and PLAN B.
Anti-abortion protesters may exercise their first amendment rights as long as they do not assault, threaten or harass abortion clinic staff or patients. Violators will be prosecuted. This includes threats and harassment via email or social media or going to their private homes.
Subsidized pre-natal care for low income mothers and available in rural areas.
Comprehensive sex education in the schools begins at Grade 5, when many girls are starting to get their periods.
Job protection to prevent those who become pregnant or may become pregnant from being fired from their jobs.
Bring back the child tax credits
One year paid maternity/paternity leave for new parents.
Anything else I might have missed, please mention in the comments.
Meet those terms and sure, you can have your 15 week nationwide abortion ban.
Remember, it’s not just liberal women who get pregnant. Conservative women also have functional uteruses and not all their pregnancies will be welcome. Not all will be complication-free. Anyone can find themselves in need of reproductive healthcare, even women in red hats.
If it can happen to a white, blonde professional woman like Kate Cox, it can happen to anyone.
