Several people on the eight-person jury cried as Ruby Freeman detailed the horrors she and Shaye Moss endured at the hands of Trump and Rudy Guliani, who targeted the mother-daughter duo as scapegoats for their race-based lies about voter fraud.
x x YouTube Video You see, it was no coincidence that Trump Co. went after voters in “urban centers” and sought to delegitimize Black voters. Yah know, those same voters the MSM want us to believe are polling in considerable numbers for a Trump presidency *hard wink.*
Yeah, pull the other one why doncha.
Think about it: why would you want to suppress a demographic that is likely to vote in overwhelming numbers for you?
Newsflash: Black People, Young People, LGBTQ+, and Womyn are not salivating to vote for Trump—outside of Suburban White women; the numbers in this demographic are small on the Republican side and, dare I say, far more deranged.
Something is rotten in Denmark with those polls, but I digress...
Rudy Tooty is Patootie!
Had an appointment with my Brightside therapist today—a roaring Libbie like me—and we got to talking about Rudy Giuliani. Now located in Savannah, Dr. Michael Mack told me he used to live in New York, and once upon a time, Rudy was respected there.
No, really.
Then 9/11 came, and in D. Mack’s words, the man lost his damn mind and allowed power to go to his head. He enacted race-related stop-and-frisk laws and became an embarrassment to the city. His alliance with Trump only made things worse, and soon, he was little more than an albatross to the melting pot that is NYC.
“Absolute power corrupts absolutely,” I replied, to which he nodded in agreement.
To date, the once venerable mayor and ex-prosecutor stands poised to lose everything, and I am here for it. Honestly, I want him barefoot and dressed in a wooden barrel held up by suspenders. No, Guiliani’s soon-to-be disgraced attorney, Joe Sibley; Rudy being 80 years old is no excuse!
Seriously, his attorney argued that Rudy couldn’t help it cuz he old and practically pleaded with the judge to consider Giuliani a delusional, elderly man, “Why, golly gee willickers, Judge Beryl Howell, can’t we all just reflect on the great man he once was and not the rotten, bigoted, sexist shell of a man he has become?”
To which the judge banged her gavel and laughed him out of the courtroom. Okay, not literally, but you get the jist.
Rudy didn’t checkity-check himself, so he wrecked himself
Judge Beryl Howell was having none of it!
During a trial to assess monetary damages, she asked attorney Joe Sibley why, after declaring he was gonna stop spreading vicious lies about the women he defamed, Giuliani went on a rant about how Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman were agents of Satan bent on killing America with their rude blackness and high falutin’ temerity of engaging in the civic process.

Rudy really needs to quit hitting the sauce. Come to think of it, so does MAGA, who apparently don’t have enough brain cells to grasp what a Herculean feat that is for two lone women to carry out.
Understanding his client had dug an inescapable hole for himself, Joe Sibley told Judge Howell that he could not control his client and threw himself at the mercy of the court.
The Jury did not seem impressed either…
In juxtaposition to Guliani’s insanity, Ruby Freeman appeared poised and controlled, only occasionally sobbing as she recounted months of terror and life-altering harassment. Threatening texts and emails came from folks with usernames like The Grand Wizard, who wrote things like, “The safest place for you is prison, or you’ll hang from the trees.” Another message read, “Hope they lock you up and throw away the key, you disgusting B*tch traitor.”
Such messages, via text and voicemail, were disgustingly frequent.
People even showed up at that woman’s house holding lynching nooses and banging on her door. Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss constantly moved from place to place, were accosted in public, and now suffer from severe depressive disorders.
This could be why Sibley talked Rudy out of taking the stand—the ladies are asking for $15.5 million and $43 million for reputational harm. That number could go up significantly the longer Rudy flapped his gums.
It’s one of the few smart moves I saw Rudy’s attorney make.
None of that is gonna help him, though.
As it stands, it appears America’s Mayor is about to be stopped and frisked—I hope they completely empty his pockets in the process.
