For a Better Government [1]

As much as I love the US Constitution it is fucked up. For many reasons but, mainly, because it is too hard too change. So I have a solution. But I guarantee Mitch and his cadre of ghouls won’t like it and probably Biden, but I won’t guarantee that. You probably will. In fact, you are the primary reason I’m doing this, that and I will enjoy pissing off Mitch. As for those who worry about this messing up the election. This is a primary battle whose dust will be settled long before the general.

I’m staring a group which will I calling WithoutCorruption which will be a wing Democratic Party all for the low price of approximately $6/month.Why the Democrats? – because we live in a two party country and I can’t change that – or that at least I’m too lazy to change that – and I’m certainly not going too side with the Rethugians. And $6/month, I mean trying to make a living here and I would appreciate some staff,eventually.

So you might be wondering why I doing this. We have a wonderful country but sadly at it’s it is fucked up it core, but thankfully, it is still a democracy. Winston Churchill say it best when he stated

Indeed it has been said that democracy is the worst form of Government except for all those other forms that have been tried.…

This guy is a wordy fucker. And so this is admittedly a first world problem but I sorry to say, as it is currently configured our government sucks ass... So this is my attempt at a better government – all while still maintaining a democracy because we not actually changing anything important.

Our creed is:

1) We are hard core pro-American. Which means, BTW, we are totally pro-democracy. And we are also uncorruptable. This is key.

2) We utterly loath Trump. He is a malevolent toad and his DNA is the factual equivalent to pond scum. He is a horrible person who illegally tried to extend his stay in the White House and many other horrible, terrible things.

3) This movement 100% non-violent. Much like what Martin Luther King or Gandhi lead and preached.

4) This movement is 100% legal AF. I anticipate massive rallies. Please, however, don’t show up with any weapons. I am serious about this.

5) We’re responsible D/democrats, we typical vote the party line and we even tolerate Biden. But I admit we prefer someone more progressive, so you vote for who you want in the primary but you must vote for the standard barrier in the general. I get people don’t like Biden and yeah I understand why. But he's a decent enough fellow, and from my reading of the rules about whoever is the President -- it really doesn’t matter.

6) We'll always be voting for Amendment 28. I will be detailing this Amendment in a bit.

I’ll be harping on these 6 points repeatedly.

Now many people will claim that I’m Communist or Marxist or Fascist and I’m neither of those. If pushed I will cop to potentially favoring socialism in the "Northern European" meaning of those words. But this is an exercise that exploits Article V in the Constitution. Meaning it's perfectly legal.

Now a little about me

I’m not much of a spokesmodel.

I have diabetes I just started taking insulin.

I have a mild case of dyslexia and I never been able to spell.

And I am fat and I’m camera shy.

I’m 60 and I live with my 92 year mom.

I am a horrible sleeper

But this isn’t a pity party..my main thing is I have a plan. I can take the rants, ravings and invectives hurled from outraged right wing blowhards, of which I assume will be many. I see my role as the guiding votes, providing progressive point of view and being a pinata for the collective right wing.

So my plan's genesis occurred back 2016 and I had just stuck my primary ballot in the mail. It was so fucking easy. This was clearly future. Then the Uber arrived. Driven by Chad the Never Voter. Chad was a very simple fellow and every time he went to vote he'd find Tweedledum on one side running against Tweedledee on the other. And no way was Chad going to interfere in Tweedledee's family dynamics. So he never voted and hence got his nickname.

Fast forward to that day that will live in infamy. Later that November it turns out that Trump won, and I decided I had to eat my troubles away. I hadn’t thought about Chad in several months. And then somewhere around Taco #9 (out of 12), it hit me. I knew what I needed to do and more importantly I knew what would get Chad to change his nickname. Because, if there is am one -- I’m A HUGE pro-democracy FAN.

There were 3 things I needed.

1) Amendments (which I created in 2019 and many of them are special. We’ll be revising them together so join our club ( and be warned, there will be a lot of voting ). Check.

2) The internet for distribution. Check.

3) A crowd of disaffected youths who are burned out or debt trapped or are in dead-end jobs with no hope – jobs with no joy, no future, no hope. It is more than a little depressing. Is it? Well, there are a million of us if we could all just work together. Because it is in this togetherness that we can move mountains. Check, and double check.

My -- I guess this would be -- Our goal is to amend the U.S.Constitution not just once nor twice but approximately 40 times. So why approximately 40? Well, as much as I love the Constitution it is, admittedly, getting a little long in the tooth. And I don’t know about you but I’m already tired of these unlawful uprisings because somebody lost and couldn’t cope so they had a tantrum like a two year old. And so I went over to a friend’s house and created the core –basically Proposed Amendments 28 to 55 and what would become Proposed Amendments 65 to 68 – and I waited and occasionally the Republicans would pull some idiotic stunt and I would add or edit an amendment…like this latest batch.

I did think about throwing out the Constitution and starting from scratch but discarded that idea almost immediately, for a whole lot of reasons starting with it is illegal and ending with it is messy.But I had another plan. Buried in the Constitution, there is this Article Five which allows us to edit the Constitution. And I intend to abuse Article Five of the Constitution to within an inch of it’s rhetorical life, but since I am not killing it so what I am proposing is legal. This is our only chance to pass something like this. And long story short there is chart from Wikipedia which shows we need 2/3 of both Houses of Congress and ¾ of the states

Now, I’m not going to lie. Amending the Constitution is not easy and far be it from me to say otherwise. In fact, it is a complete Pain in the Ass. That’s part of the problem. We’re in a Federal Republic and the problem is we are always voting for somebody else to vote for us. Yeah even if I acknowledge the House of Representatives which is alright and manages to keep the lights on (the Senate,I am more dubious of, but not today). And don’t get me started on the absolute cluster fuck that is how we vote for president and SCOTUS. I understand they didn’t have the Internet back in the 1700’s but we have it now. It’s absurd and it is utterly undemocratic. So one of the things Amendment 28 is past each party can submit five bills to the voters let decide in a 50%+1 vote.Voting takes place bi-annually, when we vote for Representatives. And assuming Proposed Amendment 29 passes -- people will get paid to vote.

And then there's this: the go-to-war vote must be 7/10, or 70%. And there are a few other things. Also because this amendment is self-executing, it mandates that all of the 40 or so additional proposed Amendments are voted on. So we’ll have a VoterRama Amendment style,3 months after Amendment 28 passes. And that is why I need you to join our club; all for the low, low price of $6 per month (once get it setup). Like I already mentioned – I’m retired.

Now, how I planning on getting Amendment 28 passed? Well. most Democrats have at least one primary issue that I’m touching on so I have half of the voting population. Plus, I have the motivated youth on my side which we'll employ to comb every rundown hen house and neglected underpass nationwide and we'll also hold massive massive rallies to get EVERYBODY involved. Don’t forget that like 40% of the population is non voting. much like C

So what exactly in 28?

Proposed Amendment 28

People Power

The Constitution can be amended with a 7/10 vote of the citizenship.

If the amendment seeks to invalidate an existing amendment it take a ¾ vote of the citizenship. To change any part of amendment 1 Proposed Amendment 29 or Proposed Amendment 68 requires a 4/5 vote of the citizenship.

Constitutional amendments votes (except for the first one) are to be held at the same time as voting for Representatives.

A declaration of war also requires a 7/10 vote.

To place an amendment takes signatures equal 1/3 of all ballots cast in the prior election. Signatures may be collected during voting.

Each Political party is allowed to placed 1 failed bill per 20 seats up to maximum of 5 failed bills up for a vote to citizenship on a 50%+1vote

The following Amendments are to be placed before the citizenship the country in three months

Congress is authorized to spend \/\/hatevar money necessary

The following is a list of amendments

Proposed Amendment 29

Proposed Amendment 30

Proposed Amendment 68

And then will come the Amendments 29 (of which, I’m releasing right now) thru to 68. (which I will be releasing Amendment 30 followed the rest at about one amendments per day)

Proposed Amendment 29

John Lewis Right To Vote

The right to vote for a citizen is absolute and can not be change or diluted by any other part of the government or anyone. Everybody gets one and only one ballot

The winner is the person/side that gets the most votes

Every states require pre-clearance to change to any part their voting laws - like from section 5 from 1965 voting rights law

Every citizen is eligible to vote and to receive recompense for voting (including prisoners–except murders; who automatically receive a lifetime ban from voting)

Gerrymandering shall be outlawed, along with any other form of voter suppression and an unbasis non-political board should draw all lines.

And going forward, we'll always make sure there's an easy way of voting—for example, the voting by mail which California already has. And we’ll pay people to vote – ($100+COLA) per person for turning in their federal ballot

And reward local government on their voter participation (maybe something like adding .05% for 100% and losing 0.01% for every drop in the percentage of non-voting). And apply this percentage across everything relating to the government.

There will be a proper census when people sign up for the Oath and automagically keep track of them there afterward (assuming Proposed Amendment 66 passes)

Voting ID becomes required

Automatic voter registration

Paper ballots are mandatory and shall be kept for the life of the voters

Ranked choice voting – where appropriate

Except for Amendment 1 and Amendment 68 there is no more important amendment than this one

These amendments (1, 29, 68) may not be replaced or edited without a 4/5 vote of the citizenship

These are some of the Amendments we shall be working on,many of them are blank (outside of the title) some of them are not.

Proposed Amendment 62 — Fixing the 13th Amendment

Proposed Amendment 63 — Social Security

So that’s quite a list and that’s my basic plan. I’ll be rolling out the Amendments and some of these Amendment are really good, at about one a day after a short delay. That so finish up around mid February.Which means we shall know total scope of amendment 28 so we know what we shall be voting on by the first of the year. In the next couple of weeks I or someone in my stead will post some helpful tips for everybody that what to run under the WC banner.

Which leads too me making my first and biggest ask – I gonna need Politicians. I'll need politicians who are uncorrurptable to run for everything from senator to dogcatcher and you have too agree with our creed. Remember 1) We’re Pro-American and pro-democracy and uncorruptable; 2) We hate Donald Trump; 3) 100% non-violent; 4) 100% legal AF; 5) We’re responsible Democrats; 6) We always be voting for Amendment 28. About a week before whatever race you get qualified for we’ll have our own private election and shall pick who will hold the title of WC for this race. And whatever money we raised for the race.

Second asks; If somebody with some literary talent would turn these two deathless outlines of Proposed Amendments into something more benefiting our illustrious Constitution as well as providing a template for future that would be super.

Third asks; And if someone knows of a voting system that can easily scale and requires verification from someone already in to add people be super. Here I’m shopping on price and would appreciate open source recommendations.

Fourth asks; I need a lawyer in the Santa Rosa area and accountant. I’m also looking for house for rent with security being the top priority

I see a multi year campaign which I good for a grifter like me which,admittedly, I sorted am. I’m also very lazy. I figure we’ll get about 10 Representatives and 2 Senators in 2024. For 2026 I would suspect 50 Representatives and 10 Senators. And 2028 or maybe later we should have all the votes we need. And run for something.

email address [email protected]

So in summary, my plan

Create Proposed Amendments that people will crawl over broken glass to vote for. Bundle them all up into a super Amendment. Flood Congress people who will vote for the super Amendment. Beat the bushes for everybody and sign them up for the vote on all the Proposed Amendments. Continue with my retirement.

And remember from our creed

1) We’re Pro-American and pro-democracy and uncorruptable;

2) We hate Donald Trump;

3) 100% non-violent;

4) 100% legal AF;

5) We’re responsible democrats;

6) We always be voting for Amendment 28.
