Is this what passes for basic training in Russia?

The Russian Army will likely send those guys to Ukraine anyway. WARNING: The video shows the Russians being hit by a car.

A firefight on the left bank of the Dnipro River at Ukraine’s bridgehead. The video isn’t that sensitive. It shows soldiers firing into the trees and there are a lot of shots fired but no one is seen getting hit. For some reason somebody added music to the start of the video, apparently thinking a firefight wasn’t dramatic enough.

Deadlier than a HIMARS.

x Russian Media: 24 Russian occupiers in #Simferopol, #Crimea, died after eating and drinking food and vodka given to them by two "girls."

"Two cute girls came to the checkpoint of the military unit and introduced themselves as local residents. They brought seven bottles of vodka and some snacks - fish, sausage, bread, cheese. They told the guards that they wanted to thank our boys for everything, for protecting them. The guys took vodka and food, drank with colleagues, and ate. And many were poisoned. "There were huge doses of arsenic in the alcohol and food the girls brought, and strychnine was found in one of the bottles. 24 occupants died, 11 more were hospitalized.

Speaking of resistance fighters ….

The forces of the Ukrainian resistance destroyed several Russian invaders and damaged an enemy refueling station - the military equipment was put out of order.

The action of revenge against the enemies took place at 115 Bohdan Khmelnytskyi Avenue, where the Moscow occupiers liked to stop "for a smoke break".

x #Ukraine claims The Resistance has again hit #Russia's occupiers in #Melitopol, "destroying several invaders + damaging an enemy refueling station. Military equipment was also put out of order."

These Russians aren’t soldiers. They’re murderers. WARNING: The video shows Russians shooting Ukrainian prisoners.

x Russian soldiers shot two unarmed Ukrainian POWs that surrendered near Stepove. The Ukrainian soldiers were reportedly left without ammunition and had to surrender, once the second soldier came out, they decided to shoot them both.

Speaking of Russians who aren’t professional soldiers, this is how you lose wars.

Typical. A recurring situation in all detachments. After the destruction of our antenna and retranslator, we ask to transfer the kamikaze to a neighboring unit to carry out the mission. [Comment]: - I won't give up the remaining kamikazes, I am financially responsible for them. Each of them costs 45 thousand rubles. I'm not going to spoil my reputation and statistics. I have no right to transfer them to anyone and will not. The guys go out and take out all the remains of the equipment and all the birds. If I don't support the statistics, I will be given not 65 birds, but 20. (Do you hear anything here about saving the lives of the infantry? I do not either. You won't prove anything to the command). It turns out that the FPV, which are allocated to units, are purchased by the RF Ministry of Defense, for our taxes and.... are used for videos, and not for a combat mission. That is, if the position of the Ukrainians is such that you cannot get close, but you will lose 10 drones to neutralise the machine gunner (who is not visible and there will be no spectacular video), then the goal is not worth it. Let the infantry rush and die in droves. Because the commander will spoil his statistics. And let the mobilised taxpayer

die, saving kamikazes and not worsening the statistics.

Certainly can’t condone it, but can’t feel sorry for him either.

Dubinsky has been charged with treason. According to the investigation, the people's deputy had the call sign "Buratino" and was part of a criminal organization formed by Russia's illegitimate GRU. The organization was engaged in destabilizing the socio-political situation in Ukraine and discredited it in the international arena.

This is an enlightening essay by Georgian writer George Tavkhelidze on the nature of the political opposition within Russia. He argues that the opposition is fractured. It started out deciding to focus on corruption within the regime rather than the immorality of the war in Ukraine, thinking that would register better with the Russian public.

It has evolved to the point that there is a section of opposition that is also anti-Ukraine.

The conclusion I reach from it is that the opposition, such as it is, is incapable of developing a cohesive enough message to even remotely threaten the regime. If the Putin regime should fall, it will be from a coup by other regime measures. For Russian imperialism to end it will take a further breakup of the country.

Anti-Ukrainian sentiments are rampantly rising within the bubble to the point where it feels the proportion of criticising Putin vs Ukraine is 1:1. This is a movement reborn, a new school of thought echoing the ancient traditions of “we don’t know the whole truth” that engages in active policy discussion instead of remaining traditionally apolitical. A kickback, reactionary force of hatred towards Ukrainians that found its refuge in the policy against Putin — a great source of mutual Russian discomfort. A man once tolerated by the liberals for the vague state of stability (that granted him a domestic license to invade other countries) now responsible for Apple, McDonalds and Spotify leaving, as well as the intentionally growing restrictions on Russian companies, license plates and passports. “Why does it matter?” one might perfectly legitimately ask, and this question would be reasonable if it weren’t for a politically problematic nature of Russia itself (the problem being the pertaining occupation of neighbours). Any social trend has to gain a sizeable traction in order to be formed as an opposition movement, then to be embedded in the political fabric of society and become a policy. It has to want to prevail among other views. After all, what good is the opposition, if it doesn’t strive to come to power one day, or at least replace the incumbent? The case for bringing out policies like these lays in details, moreover in the understanding and reflecting on aggression towards Ukraine. Is the feeling within the opposition that Russia is on the wrong side of the history still there? Are they criticising the war but not necessarily the imperialist policy? The question becomes more obvious when one takes into account the growing number of people who are against paying reparations and refuse to root for the Armed Forces of Ukraine. What if the only alternative of Putin’s aggressive, warmongering, militaristic policy within Russia is the previous lukewarm tone-deafness and lack of compassion from the opposition and by supporting them we create another time bomb, for another invasion someplace else.

x Russian Federation is a fundamentally different country.

Don’t look at it like you look at France, Germany or Switzerland.

It doesn’t care for development, it just wants to assert dominance and expand.

Just one priority even if it takes everyone’s lives.

An update from the rubble of what used to be the city of Marinka. This is an example of nuking a city not with one warhead but with thousands and thousands of artillery shells over nearly two years.
