George Santos to press on his way out the door after expulsion from the House of representatives.

“I fundamentally believe he's unfit to serve in public office, whether he’s dog catcher in his local community or here in the halls of Congress,” the representative from New York said. “I think the voters were defrauded in New York's 3rd Congressional District. Donors were clearly defrauded.

Clearly misappropriating campaign funds to pay defense lawyers isn't fradulent enough to make TFG unfit to serve. The old GOP double standard.

GOP Rep. Max Miller about Speaker Mike Johnson who opposed Santos' expulsion.
Only a Republican could respond to Miller this way:
Rep. Miller’s revelations had “determined the outcome for [Santos.]” “They may not have believed [the Ethics report] but they believed Max when it came personally from him.”

The Republicans don't even believe themselves.

I tried to ponder like a Republican. Why even have an impeachment inquiry? Can the Republicans even decide what a standard of behavior is?
