Nikki "I'm For Findng Concensus On Abortion" Haley Admits She Would Sign A Six Week Abortion Ban. [1]

Like all Republicans, Nikky Haley is a liar and a hypocrite, and while the media is having a love fest over her recent debate peformance on regarding the issue of abortion, Haley admitted she would sign a six week abortion ban if she was still governor of SC. Remember, this is the same person who said that we shouldn’t “judge others” and “We need to find consensus” on abortion. How do you find so called consensus on abortion when you support a six week abortion ban? Effectively, your position is that there should be no abortion whatsoever with a six week ban. Haley’s cowardly out for her extremist stance is that abortion should be left to the states.
Just as civil rights should be left to the states to I bet. That position worked out so well for black Americans living in the South. There is nothing like having your rights proscribed by reactionary politicians in your state.
Former Gov. Nikki Haley of South Carolina has tried to carve a more moderate path on the contentious issue of abortion than many of her rivals for the Republican nomination for president. But on Friday, speaking to an audience of conservative Christians in Iowa, Ms. Haley was challenged on whether she would have signed a ban on abortions after six weeks of pregnancy had it been passed by the Legislature when she served as governor of South Carolina. “Yes, whatever the people decide,” Ms. Haley replied, suggesting that she believed restrictions on abortion should be left to the states. “This was put in the states — that’s where it should be. Everyone can give their voice to it.”
The same state leaders like those in gerrymandered Ohio, who are scrambling to block enforcement of a recently passed abortion amendment added to the state constitution.
You have heard that Haley is saying that we cannot pass a national abortion ban because the U.S. Senate would block a national ban. Therefore, she is not for a national ban because it supposedly won’t happen. This is why she claims we need “consensus” on abortion rights.
Yeah, and the SCOTUS was never going to overturn Roe either because it was a legal precedent.
So despite sounding “moderate” on abortion, Haley is an extremist who wants to force women to give birth against their wishes. Republicans have been lying about abortion for decades now, so why should anyone believe Nikki Haley? Listen to what she really believes instead of her BS about listening to others.

Bye the way, The Daily Signal is a news outlet run by The Heritage Foundation, the same folks who are now MAGA. When Haley is within the MAGA echo chamber, she lets her inner extremist hang out for all to see. When in front of a larger audience, we get mealy-mouthed “consensus.”
