Final Results of Central PA Election - Progressive vs Establishment and Incumbent [1]

Hi all. The picture of my concession speech say it all. I lost by 49 votes. Our campaign not only informed people about the Recorder of Deeds office and what it does, but we also highlighted affordable housing as a major issue in Centre County.

Our campaign made over 10,000 calls, sent over 120,000 texts and we knocked almost 1400 doors (not including coordinating with precinct people and other candidates). For all the work Democrats did within Centre County, our campaign accounted for over 80% of the calls done, an overwhelming majority of texts, and we knocked over 10% of the total doors knocked.

I am proud of the work we did and plan to continue to work at organizing in our county, especially in rural areas. With 39.5% voter turnout for an odd year election, we have a lot of potential to build for.
