Fani: "Vids released to intimidate witnesses!" MAGA wants to speak to the manager about MAGA MIKE! [1]

As per my last post, I made a promise to steer clear of any Trump-related topics (although a few may be Trump-adjacent) until we see him in jail or in GA getting royally pummelled by Fani—yah know, some big stuff happening.
Speaking of, Fani Willis's take on the release of the Ellis and Powell deposition videos is that they were released to intimidate witnesses.
According to RawStory:
The Washington Post reports that Willis' office is asking the judge overseeing its sprawling racketeering case against former President Donald Trump and his allies to issue an "emergency" protective order over discovery materials to prevent further leaks. The filing came mere hours after video deposition of witness testimony from Powell, Ellis, and former Trump lawyer Kenneth Chesebro leaked to ABC News and other outlets. The revelations sparked an angry reaction from Trump supporters, and prosecutors allege that this was by design. “These confidential video recordings were not released by the State to any party other than the defendants charged in the indictment, pursuant to the discovery process as required by law,” the filing said. “The release of these confidential video recordings is clearly intended to intimidate witnesses in this case, subjecting them to harassment and threats prior to trial, constitutes indirect communication about the facts of this case with codefendants and witnesses, and obstructs the administration of justice, in violation of the conditions of release imposed on each defendant.” To this end, the prosecutors said they would no longer share video depositions directly with opposing counsel and would instead only let lawyers representing defendants view the depositions and take notes.
See, this is why Trump and Co., can’t have nice things.
But what can you expect, all MAGA Republican types know how to do is cheat and obfuscate as we see in Ohio, where sore loser legislators basically said in one breath, “Leave it up to the voters,” and in another, “NO! NOT LIKE THAT!!!!”
Ohio—courts will not restrict their own review. After Ohio voters said, “Hell no we are not going to allow 10-year-olds to carry rape babies, you cray?! Republicans exclaimed proudly, “Crazy? You haven’t seen crazy yet!” After Ohio voters said, “Hell no we are not going to allow 10-year-olds to carry rape babies, you cray?! Republicans exclaimed proudly, “Crazy? After the vote, these rocket scientists came out with an absolutely absurd statement, saying, of all things, that the language of the Issue 1 referendum was ambiguous, big money shifted the landscape of the vote, and God alone should mandate state laws.
They even warned they’d take away the ability of the so-called pro-abortion Judiciary in Ohio to interpret this “ambiguous” law. Yah know, the highly conservative Supreme Court that exists in Ohio. The same court not doing a damn thing to end gerrymandering in their state.
Those folks.
Once again Republicans indicate they do not respect the rule of law.
But do not fret—for all the saber-rattling Conservatives do not have a legal leg to stand on. According to Marc Elias of Democracy Docket, the amendment takes effect in early December, which will provoke pro-choice litigation and strike down current laws.
MAGA won’t be able to do a thing to stop that. Not so nice try though…

If they aren’t trying to start fights ala double-first-name-dude Markwayne Mullin wants to defend his Oklahoma Hon-ah! by threatening to beat Teamsters President Sean O'Brien for daring to hurt his fee-fees.
And they say women are too emotional to lead?
Call me nuts but I don’t think grown men should be threatening to whup someone’s ass based on a mean post they saw on social media. Mullin even took their beef a step further and threatened O’Brien with a gun on Xitter which I reported—I invite you guys to do the same.

Again—no surprise they are all nuts, case in point: MAGA wants to speak to the manager and return Nega Mr Rogers Mike Johnson for being defective.
His sin?
Working with Democrats to ensure the government doesn’t get shut down before the Holidays.
These awful MAGA Republican grinches are all a-dither because the sky is falling due to the evils of bipartisanship. I am sure Johnson will last maybe two more Scaramuccis before he is oughta there!
This clown show has a purpose and it may just be as simple as making us all freaked out about the political climate. For some, it is working. I hear way too many people saying they are going to sit out the vote. Others vow they will vote third party because the system is broken.
All I can say to all the noise is that a vote for anyone other than Biden is a vote for fascism. Full stop.
VOTE BLUE no matter who, or get ready to either walk in lockstep in a brown-shirt army or waste away in a concentration camp—methinks those will be our only options.
Vote. Blue.
