Fani Willis Seeks to Revoke Bail On Trump Codefendant [1]

In Fulton County Georgia Prosecutor Fani Willis has filed a motion with the court to revoke the bond of Trump codefendant Harrison Floyd and imprison him until trial. You can read the motion HERE:
Floyd is charged for his role in a plot to intimidate election workers Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss. Together with two others the indictment alleges Floyd attempted to convince Freeman and Moss to publicly admit to election fraud threatening that bad things would happen if they did not so confess. Freeman told the group, "the devil is a liar" and walked out on them.
Willis seeks to revoke Floyd's bail because since November 1st he has, through a series of tweets, attempted to intimidate witnesses in the case including Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, Freeman, Moss, and two of his codefendants who have taken plea deals, Sidney Powell and Jenna Ellis. The tweets often tagged the targeted witnesses.
You can see the tweets at the link, they are included in the motion, but they are pretty bad stuff. He attacks the witnesses, accuses them of being liars, and suggests they are the ones in legal trouble. It's certainly more than enough for the judge to take the motion seriously.
You can expect an order from the judge requiring Floyd's attorney to respond very quickly. If that attorney is smart he will suggest that the judge impose a gag order on his client in lieu of jailing him. The gag order would prohibit him from commenting about the case publicly at all and the attorney would pledge that he would advise his client to fully comply. That's what Floyd's counsel, in my view, should try. Let's see what happens.
