Leader McConnell;
The leader of the Republican Party, charged with felonies in two federal and two state criminal cases, has threatened to embark on a “revenge tour” against political enemies he refers to as “vermin,” indict any political opponent “who is doing well and beating” him and has directed advisers to develop plans to replace employees in every federal agency with only those who swear loyalty to him ----- if and when he wins the 2024 presidential election.
Additionally, he continually threatens judges, court personnel, prosecutors, and their families, intending to incite his supporters to commit acts of violence to prevent the judiciary from holding him accountable for alleged criminal activities.
Moreover, the GOP leader, in a pathetic attempt to assuage his fragile ego after legitimately losing the 2020 election, posted, “A massive fraud of this type and magnitude allows for the termination of all rules, regulations, and articles, even those found in the Constitution.”
You undoubtedly recognize that much of the GOP leader’s provocative rhetoric is reminiscent of the venom spewed by the likes of Adolph Hitler.
So, how can you justify your tacit endorsement of this individual to be Commander-in-Chief of the most potent military force in the world, safeguard and uphold the rule of law, and ensure that all Americans are entitled to their inalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, regardless of their allegiance to him?
If you find it difficult to answer that question, permit me to respectfully suggest you muster up the moral and political courage it will take to make the following public statement:
“I will uphold the oath I’ve sworn time and time again to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God” and not support a candidate for president, regardless of political affiliation, whose words and actions make it clear that he puts self-interest ahead of the Constitution and the best interests of the American people.
Or, Senator McConnell, you can play it politically safe by remaining silent while hoping for the best while the American people have no choice but to prepare for the worst.
Some choice, huh?

After all, constituents who’ve trusted Mitch with their votes over the years and continue to pay his way every day know very well that he can’t do his job effectively unless he knows and hopefully cares about our concerns ----- can he?
