For those who don’t understand just how much we despise Donald Trump — and his dead father — take a look at the story of our new city council member. Really nice piece at NPR: www.npr.org/… Five young black men, including Yusef, were imprisoned for decades for something they did not do, thanks to the evil, racist spew of Donald Trump.
Black folks in this state have been treated unfairly for, well, forever. Whenever a white person or concern wants something, they eliminate any resistance, including input, from everyone who might be affected. There was once a thriving community of Black people that lived in New York City. That was exterminated.
Blacks are constantly used as a pawn. Today, we are choked off by our power-hungry, corrupt NYC Mayor Adams. We are suppressed by the ever surfacing racism in Buffalo, and upstate New York. Adams constantly calls on the memories of our abused ancestors in his defense, much like members of the GOP do with the words of MLK Jr.
The pustulant parasite Donald Trump whipped the city of New York into a racist frenzy just like his daddy did for decades by trying to shoehorn himself into the society of wealthy, white landowners by taking what he perceived to be their side.
Yusef calls it karma - what is going to happen to Trump. I’d like to see his family’s entire history dragged. I hope we all support Yusef if he intends to do that, although he will be busy getting some attention and relief for the people of Harlem.
