Just Say It- You Want Trump in Jail Now [1]

I do! I hate Donald Trump, he is the worst human being in America. I hate what he’s done to our families. I hate what he’s done to the Republican Party. I hate his ugly face and his whiny voice. I hate his three idiot kids (no one cares about the other two, except maybe their mothers).
There are lots of punishments I would love to inflict on him, some of which violate the rules of the road.
All of this is well and good. But where I have issues is with claims that Trump’s treatment by the court system is problematic. I think we can all agree he’s a unique case. No other president has been under so much legal scrutiny as Trump. We can also agree that America has a two-tiered justice system. We can find plenty of evidence for that, the most obvious being in differences in incarceration rates for white and black people.
Where things get dicey is in claims about how Trump himself is getting special deference. Just yesterday he was ranting and insulting the judge in his civil trial. This led to people calling for his jailing, which, as I understand , is something the judge could do. But then there’s this claim that we certainly see a lot of:
If anyone else did this they would be thrown in jail.
I’ve asked this question many, many times lately and I’ll ask it again- how do you know this?

There are things we believe and things we know. I believe things that are either unprovable or subjective- sharks are my friends. I look better after a cocktail. I believe things that are provable but proving them is impractical- everyone pees in the pool. These things I believe I admit I can’t prove them, and I don’t base my political opinions on them, because they’re fundamentally useless beliefs.
But someone might very well be able to answer my question about how often judges jail defendants in civil cases when they act out. There’s probably a book on it somewhere. I’m asking for proof- can someone find it?
If you can I promise to stop asking the question.
