Bishop Of Columbus, Ohio Flat-Out Tells His Catholic Flock How To Vote [1]

It's obviously not news where the Catholic Church sides on the Ohio abortion amendment. But here we have the Bishop of Columbus posting a video in which he directly, in no uncertain terms, tells his diocese how to vote on this issue.

If this isn't grounds for losing tax-exempt status, then what is the point of even having a law? Unless the argument is this is some kind of garbage loophole because they aren't promoting a "candidate", they are promoting an "issue"?
