Michael Popok is a commentator and co-owner of MTN, MeidasTouch Network. He has been an attorney in the state of New York for over 30 years. He KNOWS NY business law.
Listening to and watching other shows and podcasts about the NYAG’s lawsuit and trial, I’ve only gotten a surface understanding of what the fraud is, and why it matters.
Michael manages to explain how Donald J. Trump HIMSELF is ultimately responsible for ALL of the fraud that happened. But Michael is also the only person talking about Trump’s responsibilities to HIRE/APPOINT competent people into controlling-positions, along with other responsibilities that NY law puts on business owners.
Popok speaks about how Trump purposefully put incompetent family-members into these positions, because he knew they would be loyal to HIM, and not to the law or to their fiduciary responsibilities.
Trump did the same thing with his white house appointments and hires.
