I’m going to bet that at 7:30 pm I won’t be here tonight, I’m sorry. I celebrated my birthday for 31 days by eating whatever I wanted (and drinking diet coke) every day. Though the truth is that by the last 2 days I wasn’t really eating what I wanted because by that time I was pretty sick of eating and didn’t want a thing.
I had a few friends left to celebrate with though, so I continued on with the pizza, BBQ, cupcakes, cakes and pie. Now, I can hardly move, and I’m dizzy when I do. A week of fasting should do the trick. I don’t know about the diet coke though. That stuff isn’t something you can just up and quit. I may have to go to rehab.
I had some food videos I was going to use, and I still will. You enjoy looking at them, even the thought of food makes me sick.
