Here is Harvard Law Professor and noted Trump support Alan Dershowitz. Dershowitz has a lesson for those Gazans who have been flattened by Israeli bombs. As an aside, this lesson is a mirror image of all those who were arguing “by any means necessary on 10/8”. Just turn the Dershowitz lesson around, and you have a perfect rationalization of 10/7.
Meanwhile, here is the Hamas leader with another lesson

“We must teach Israel a lesson”. “again and again”. Everyone is into teaching lessons. But the students are so stupid that they have to be taught the same lesson over and over again.
Meanwhile, here is Benjamin Netanyahu with lessons for Hamas.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned Tuesday that Israel would teach Hamas a "lesson" and "very soon". "If Hamas and the other terror organizations have forgotten this lesson, they will learn it again the hard way - and very soon," the prime minister said.
Well, he does not say “again and again”, so there is that. But he does assume that Hamas will forget the lesson, and will have to be taught it over again. So he might as well have said “again and again”.
What is funny is that I distinctly remember my first TV image of Benjamin Netanyahu from 1990. He was promising to teach Saddam Hussein a lesson he would not ever forget. Unfortunately, I can't find the clip. But I remember it vividly… it was the first time I have heard a public official pretending to be a high school teacher.

Netanyahu claimed that at the time of the meeting between Hitler and Haj Amin al-Husseini, the grand mufti of Jerusalem, on Nov. 28, 1941, the former was still in favor of expelling Jews and the latter opposed this because the expelled Jews would come to Palestine. Instead, according to Netanyahu’s version of history, the mufti urged Hitler to “burn” them, thus becoming the prime instigator of the Final Solution. The Netanyahu account of this meeting is an historical fabrication, or more simply a lie.

Speaking at the United Nations general assembly in New York, the Israeli prime minister unfolded a chart with a cartoon-style drawing of a nuclear bomb, and proceeded to draw on it with a red magic-marker. "This is a bomb," he says. "This is a fuse."
I am guessing that this lesson does not need to be repeated. Everyone knows their bombs and their fuses… specially if they have been flattened by one. Unfortunately, that is the only lesson humans learn.
