President Biden’s Accomplishments
There have been countless news stories about the economy, inflation, jobs, recession fears and how these will be influential in the upcoming elections.The truth about the Biden Administration’s accomplishments must become clearer to the average American.
Here are some facts:
Passed the $1.2 trillion bipartisan Infrastructure Act.
Helped get more than 500 million Covid-19 vaccinations through the American Rescue Plan.
Signed the bipartisan Safer Communities Act that created enhanced background checks, closed the “boyfriend” loophole and provided funds for youth mental health.
$369 billion investment in climate change through the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
Capped Rx drug prices on Medicare at $2000 per year and capped Insulin at $35.
Unemployment rate fell to 3.5% matching its lowest level in 50 years.
Imposed a 15% minimum corporate tax on some of the largest corporations in the country.
Rejoined the Paris Agreement.
Strengthened the NATO alliance and rallied the world to support Ukraine.
Signed the PACT Act to address exposure by service members to burn pits and other toxins.
Signed the CHIPS and Science Act. In 2 years, companies have announced nearly $300 billion in manufacturing investments in the US.
Reauthorized the Violence Against Women Act through 2027.

According to White House figures, Arizona private companies have announced about $69 billion in new investments and projects spurred by federal incentives for clean energy production in the Inflation Reduction Act and for the semiconductor industry in the Chips Act. Biden’s infrastructure bill has directed $3.8 billion in public spending toward the state’s roads, bridges, climate resiliency, and transportation and water systems. (Source Washington Post 7/20/23)
