Ohio's newest Supreme Court justice, Joe Deters, confirmed to WLWT on Friday that he will run for a full, six-year term in 2024.The former Hamilton County prosecutor was appointed to the state Supreme Court by Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine in December.Deters replaced Sharon Kennedy's seat when she was elected as chief justice.On Friday, Deters confirmed that instead of running for the original two-year term, he will now seek a full, six-year term instead.
