Happy Tuesday. Say, have I ever shared my super-duper successful daily schedule with you?

No?

Well, I wake up at 2:00 AM, half an hour before I go to bed (h/t, Monty Python), work out for 90 minutes, when, at precisely 3:30 AM, I work out for 90 more minutes, with an instantaneous shower in between, and another one after.

Then I sit around waiting for five and a half hours for Joan McCarter to call.

After that, I guess I work out in 90-minute intervals until the end of the day. I don’t know. It’s all a blur after Joan.
