Truth Sandwiches: Lies about Government Funding [1]

Which lies are they? I’m glad you asked. Shut down the Government to save America. “Tax and Spend” rather than invest. “Starve the Beast” tax cuts to try to force cuts to social programs. Friedmanite Market Fundamentalism and Lafferite “Supply Side” “trickle down” (on the pee-ons) Voodoo Reaganomics vs. Bidenomics. Soshulism=Stalinism. “Waste, fraud, and abuse”. Fedrul Gummint !!!Tyranny!!! Taking credit for investments that they voted against.
As always, we start by noting our common ground, then call out hypocrisy.
Then we suggest what you can do about it. What can we do about all of these lies?
Counter disinformation with Truth Sandwiches, of course.
And then GOTV, and vote at every opportunity, like Truth, Justice, and the real American Way depend on it. Or like lives depend on it. After we win the 2024 elections bigly enough, we won’t have to take this any more. We don’t even have to be Mad as Hell, and we don’t have to take revenge. Leave that to the Hungry Ghosts and Asuras on the other side.
Living well is the best revenge.
In 2025 we can help everyone to live well, even those who hate that with the fire of a thousand suns. Funnily enough, many of them claim to believe every word of these Bible verses literally.

I asked the Truth Brigade to change this graphic to not repeat the “spending” Dog Whistle, so they changed it to lies about funding, just in time for the shutdown fight in the House.
