First and foremost, thank you for your advocacy against AB 415 and sharing the article below. From a personal and professional standpoint I’m trying to understand AB 415 through and through, and reading through some of the comments was very insightful. We understand that Rep. Myers’ vote on AB 415 has been controversial, and we are earnestly keeping track of all of the commentary our office is receiving because we understand the bill (and redistricting itself) is a massive undertaking, and it matters most that people across the state are content with redistricting legislation to reverse problematic gerrymandering that has plagued our state. I believe we spoke on the 15th as well, and I appreciate your passion for justice and equity. Thank you again for your advocacy as we’re surely making note of it ahead of next steps for the legislation.
