Was Trump going to the Capitol on January 6 to steal ballots? [1]

We have testimony under oath that Trump tried to direct the Secret Service to drive him to the Capitol on January 6, 2021. At that point he knew his supporters were going to the Capitol with AR-15s. Why would he go there? Possibly to steal the Electoral College ballots.

At the time, he knew Mike Pence was not going to stop the certification of the election. In order to pull off the coup, he needed to get the ballots to stop the certification.

The Capitol Police would obviously recognize him. He would tell police he needed to enter the building to talk to a senator. He would go in and ask a corrupt member of congress where the boxes were. He would load them into the car, bring them back to the White House, and put them in the fireplace.

Maybe he would send back ballots from states where he liked the results.

This is one possible explanation why he wanted to go there.
