In the midst of dumping a mountainous pile of bullshit on the American people on Meet the Press, Trump admitted to ordering the Federal Crime of attempting to overthrow our Democracy. Case closed.
Trump truly needs a narrow gag, because after his delusional speech on Saturday, the stimulants have apparently ran out. Heck, give him the evidentiary hearing he now demands, as Marcy Wheeler notes.
The only legitimate way to interview Trump is the Jonathan Swan method: When Trump lies, fact-check him on the spot and do not relent as Trump tries to BS his way out of it. If your whole interview gets stuck on that one question, so be it.
