Here at Top Comments we welcome longtime as well as brand new Daily Kos readers to join us at 10pm Eastern. I just returned home from my second trip to the hospital in less than two weeks about four hours so I’m not trying to push it too much.
Tonight, I am going to make a nice healthy dinner (omelette with green peppers, tomatoes, onions, turkey sausage cooked in olive oil) and get a few things done.
I will pat myself on the back because Mom actually thought that this Jacques Pépin book on the art of cooking chicken was an appropriate Christmas gift since she always thinks that chicken is an appropriate main course for dinner (seriously, I remember when she served it 11 days in a row!). Well now I have to go through all of these!
I also have to recover from enough Law & Order SVU and this mad world that we live in!
