All is not lost though yet as these 3 Democrats need to vote with Republicans or abstain to override Governor Tony Evers threatened veto. But time is not on our side as Republicans rush to pass this law into power and cement their supermajority control over a purple state.
That’s why right now we need to spread the word and get every single Wisconsin Democrat to flood the phones of these representatives opposing this legislation. People pressure works, if they hear from a tsunami of constituents upset, they might just back down and do the right thing.
These reps are all in Dem +50 or more districts and have no excuse in giving the GOP power in order to selfishly preserve their own seats when Democrats are finally, after decades of waiting, about to get fair maps. Take action now!
